Refund Policy
Our applications are designed to meet the requirements as specified by our client. Once the purchase has been made, Cakes And pies is solely exempted and will not be held responsible for the challenges faced by our client such as not meeting server requirements and delay in learning curve concerning the functionality of the application.
Cakes And pies is not liable for any such challenges, and requesting a refund for any issues that are not per our agreement with the client will be deemed invalid, and therefore we retain all rights to deny the refund request from our client. We also do not provide a refund for installation charges or any other non-labor related charge.
That being said, support will be made available to our clients. Our representatives will be more than happy to help our clients with all the queries and provide suggestions to overcome the challenges faced and will work towards the success of our clients and to their much satisfaction.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Change
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
